EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David Luther serves as the Executive Director for MOSPRA. Prior to retiring from the Jefferson City Public Schools in 2014, David served as President and Past President of MOSPRA as well as two terms as the Mid-State Director on the MOSPRA Board. David has also been active in the National School Public Relations Association as a committee member and seminar presenter. David was hired as MOSPRA's first Executive Director in 2014.
