Mid-State Region: While the largest geographical region, it also has the fewest members. The region spans from northeast Missouri to to the south central part of the state.

Ozark Region: The Ozark Region encompasses counties in the southwest and south central parts of the state.

Western Region: Primarily the Greater Kansas City area, but also counties to the east for approximately 100 miles, 50 miles to the south, and all of the northwest part of the state.
